Matrix Inc., is an owner-operator-based transportation company specifically focused on providing a space for brokers/shippers and owner-operators to find the services they seek and provide the services that they are experienced in. And while that’s what we are on the surface, the inner workings of who we are runs deeper than one might think.

However, we like to consider ourselves much more than that. In our minds, we’re bringing people together and thinking the way forward one load and one haul at a time.

In 2009, our Founders came together looking to design a new way to offer the critical transportation and logistics services that today’s shippers and brokers require, without having to hire a massive staff, built an extensive fleet, and charge high premiums for clients.

Being in the industry for quite some time, we were used to working for clients. For us, the client is always the first priority, but if we were forced to charge a high premium to acquire our services, how could we possibly serve our clients in the ways that we would like?

In order think the way forward, we set out to create an entire transportation service specifically based off of an owner-operator model, so that we could help to put professional and reliable drivers to work, while offering the lowest transportation costs in the industry for our clients.

Today, we’re proud to do what we do, and in the way that we do it. We see it as an innovative model that allows us to place the emphasis back on the client. Nothing is ever more important to us than providing our clients with exceptional service or helping our fleet of owner-operators receive consistent work.
